Representative John Tierney, Democrat from Massachusetts’ 6^th district, is currently serving his eighth term in the House of Representatives and is a member of the House Education and the Workforce Committee. Tierney has been a very good friend to the organization and a helpful proponent of job training legislation. Tierney also serves on the House Committee on Government and Oversight Reform, and the National Security, Homeland Defense and Foreign Operations Subcommittee.
